The Field Generals: Operation Level Playing Field Inc. is an organization founded by and composed of accomplished NFL African American quarterbacks who are dedicated to teaching and preserving the history of the African American quarterback. Collectively, The Field Generals believe that by educating the youth of today on the art of how to be quarterbacks, both on and off the field, through leadership, responsibility and excellence, they are positively affecting the lives of the leaders of tomorrow.
